Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact kailie.linenlace@gmail.com with your order details. Final sale and custom items are not eligible for returns.

Dress Rental Policy 

By renting a dress from the bridal closet, the renter agrees to the terms outlined below. A waiver must be signed at the time of rental, acknowledging understanding and acceptance of these terms.

1. Damage to the Dress

The renter is responsible for maintaining the rented dress in its original condition. Any damage incurred during the rental period will result in a charge for the full retail price of the dress.

Types of Damages Include (but are not limited to):

Tears in the fabric, Broken zippers, Missing embellishments (beads, sequins, etc.), Stretched or altered fabric, Irreversible stains (such as ink, grease, or wine), Stains that cannot be removed by professional dry cleaning, Alterations to the dress’s color or texture due to improper cleaning

If the dress sustains any of these damages, the renter agrees to pay the full price of the dress as stated in this agreement.

2. Accessory Rental & Damage Fees

The renter has the option to rent accessories along with the dress. If any accessory is damaged, broken, or stained beyond repair, a $20 fee will be charged per accessory.

3. Late Return Fees

The renter must return the dress by the end of the agreed rental period. If the dress is returned late, a $19.99 late fee will be charged for each day beyond the rental period.
